Shipping Information

How is shipping calculated?

We offer a standard shipping rate of $14.95 for all orders within Australia. Please note that we currently only ship within Australia.

Free delivery to a street address or person in our local area, 4350 postcode only. Anyone is able to pick up for free from Toowoomba.

Express shipping is available, if you have any specific shipping inquiries, please feel free to contact us on Instagram at @curiouskidssensory or via email at curiouskidssensory@gmail.com. We'll be happy to assist you with your shipping needs.

Shipping and returns

As our products are handmade it may take up to 1-3 business days to complete your order until ready for shipping. We are unable to accept returns as our products are made fresh specifically for each order.

Once an order has been made, we are unable to make changes to your order. We recommend contacting us ASAP after placing your order if you need to make any changes. All orders are final and once placed, shipping cannot be cancelled. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Curious Kids Sensory is not responsible for any items/parcels stolen, lost or delayed in transit.

Correct postal address – It is the customers responsibility to ensure they enter the correct delivery address. If an address is entered incorrectly or redirected by the customer and as a result delivered to the wrong address, delayed, lost or stolen, Curious Kids Sensory will not issue a refund or replacement. If you do enter the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at curiouskidssensory@gmail.com so that we can attempt to rectify the issue for you.

If a product is damaged while in transit, please contact curiouskidssensory@gmail.com and we will assist you further.
